Our Advisory Board members are all influential Chairs and Senior Leaders in Asia. The Advisory Board will provide strategic insights on year-to-year forum topics based on emerging trends in global governance and the experience from the world’s leading corporations.

PROFESSOR TIMOTHY CLARK

Provost of Singapore Management University (SMU)

Prof. Timothy Clark is currently the Provost of Singapore Management University (SMU).

Prior to becoming Provost of SMU, Prof. Timothy Clark was Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Social Sciences and Health) at Durham University, United Kingdom, where he was also Chair of the Board of Studies (Head of Department) and Dean of Graduate School and Internationalisation.

In addition, Prof. Timothy Clark has held other positions such as President of the British Academy of Management; Member of the British Academy of Social Sciences and the British Academy of Management; Member of the British Academy of Higher Education; Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management Studies; Head of Education at Durham University.

MR. LIM BOON HENG

Former Singaporean Cabinet Minister in Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore

Mr, Lim Boon Heng is former Singaporean Cabinet Minister in Prime
Minister’s Office of Singapore (2004-2011), Member of Singapore
Parliament (1980-2011), Former Minister of Trade and Industry, and Chairman of the People’s Action Party (PAP) (2004-2011).

Mr. Lim served as Secretary General of the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) (1993 – 2006).

Mr. Lim is currently the Chairman of Temasek Holdings and Chairman of NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Ltd.

MR. HOANG QUOC VUONG

Former Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Chairman of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group

Mr. Hoang Quoc Vuong is currently the Chairman of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN). He once served in the positions: Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), etc.

He has many years of experience in directing in the fields of electricity, renewable energy, environment and sustainable development, safety, information technology, market development and more.
