The devotion, trust, experience, and expertise are critical factors that help Management Team to accomplish their noble missions of accelerating sustainable growth of enterprises and strengthening the cooperation between Vietnam, Singapore and the World.

MS. MARY PHAM THU HANG – VSBF Director

Ms. Mary Pham holds an Executive MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France. She is currently the CEO of VIETSTAR Training and Consulting JSC and also serves as the Head of Representative of Paris Graduate School of Management in Vietnam. With 15 years of experience in managing the International Executive MBA Program in collaboration with the largest universities in Vietnam, Ms. Mary Pham has contributed in providing high-quality human resources for Vietnam in international integration journeys. In addition, she leads high-level training programs and manages consulting projects on Strategic Management, Risk Management, BSC/KPI System. Recently, She has focused on the Board Training & Consulting program, solutions to help Vietnamese businesses gradually incorporate sustainability into core business activities and implement ESG strategies.

MR. EDDIE TRITTON – VSBF Co-Director

Mr. Eddie Tritton is the Executive Director of Executive Development at Singapore Management University. He served as Executive Director of Executive Education at Melbourne Business School. He specializes in training and consulting in various areas, including Executive Education, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning.

MR. JOHN ANTONY – VSBF Program Director

Mr. John Antony, having 30 years of management consulting and strategic advice experience, is Advisor to the Board of Directors /Management Team of many large enterprises such as Tabung Amanah Pekerja (Brunei), Robert Bosch (China), Pratt & Whitney Canada (Asia Pacific), etc.

MS. MARY PHAM THU HANG – VSBF Director

Mary Pham holds Executive MBA from Paris Graduate School of Management, France. Currently, she is the CEO of VietStar Training and Consulting JSC and Representative of Paris Graduate School of Management in Vietnam. In addition to 15 years of experience in the field of training and management consulting for foreign educational organizations and managing the International Master of Business Administration Program of Paris Graduate School of Management in Vietnam, she has led senior management training programs and consulting projects in strategic management, risk management, communication strategy, BSC/KPI systems and more for numerous large organizations in Vietnam.
